This And That

Hello my dear friends,
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I'm happy that I could finish the shopping bag for my Mom - her Birthday is coming close. Over the weekend  I did an online workshop with Thespa
MCLaughlin { Vintiquities Workshop } and I so loved it. It is called Textured Soldering and you also learn how to make your own bezel and work with Ice Resin. That has been on my list since last year.

This is how far I got with my first piece from the class  and I didn't pour the resin in as I'm hoping to finish another one . The key below was just for fun and to practice wire wrapping:)

It also waits for the Ice Resin to be poured.
Hope to catch up with you  tonight my dear friends and as always thank you so much for stopping by and for all your lovely comments.
Wishing you a wonderful start of the week.

Hugs and love,

Dine arbejdere er så kreative og spiscelle, så jeg skal altid have næsen helt ind til skærmen for at få det hele med. knus morkaren.

Dear Marie
Ooh la la, I love the first piece you made with the gothic frame.
Especially the tiny Fleur de Lis, so close to my heart and sitting on that tiny piece of paper with french script.
Thespa's workshop was just made for YOU Marie!

The french style market bag for your Mom's birthday is very special, she will be 'over the moon' when she receives it!
Hugs
Shane ♥

Oh dear friend,
what wonderful pieces. The bag for your mother is beautiful, and that house bezel is the most gorgeous little hanger,- the key is a real exclusive and wonderful wrapped charm. Are you going to use Resin or Ice resin, Marie ?I hope you show us the finished pieces also.
Hugs and love, from Dorthe

Beautiful pieces! I have worked with ice resin before. There is so much you can do with it! Love the little shadow box that you created!

Your mom is going to LOVE her new shopping bag although she will probably not want to use it for it´s way too pretty!! Love your new keys, too, amazing job! Hugs, Ira

Dear Marie
How I have missed viewing your posts. I have been unable to visit due to being very ill. My body is still fragile but I wanted to come on-line for a wee while.
Oh so beautiful. Did you alter the key with the diamante? It is spectacular and will look amazing when worn.
Wishes
Lynne
