This And That

Hello my dear friends,
first of all thank you so much for your input on my altered spoon - it was very helpful and so much appreciated. Today I would like to share this soldered charm with you - the image came from my collections of prayer cards. A while ago I was lucky enough to find another hat box at the flea and gave it a makeover. I really like how it came out.

You can't really see the lace border on the top and bottom of the box.

One can't have enough storage - don't you think?

Above is a simple gift bag I made. Are you working on some special projects at the moment?
I also would like to welcome my new followers you are all so very much appreciated.
Wishing you all a wonderful day and as always thank you so much for stopping by and for taking the time to leave a comment.

Hugs and love,

Mercy! I thought I had already hit the follow button but apparently I hadn't! Well, it's done now! And I was happy to do so! The instant I say that beautiful soldered charm, the first thought that came to mind were prayer cards that I had just found at an estate sale... a whole wallet full of them. Those images are just absolutely beautiful... but then you know that! As I scrolled down I saw that that is where you got the image from! Just lovely! Hmmmm... my project? A bed skirt I'm making from a drop cloth that STILL isn't finished yet. I'd better get busy and do so, right? So many projects.. so little time!!
