yesterday I had fun using June's lovely images and altered a spoon. I will show you two versions and it would be nice of you to let me know which version you like the best:)
Here is version No.2 - too much bling?
I think the altered spoon would look lovely on an altered bottle or maybe a necklace? I would love to know what you think. Thank you.
Wishing you all a wonderful upcoming weekend and if you hit the flea markets good luck.I will be away on Saturday and catch up with you when I'm back.
As always thank you so much for stopping by and for all your lovely comments.
Hugs and love,

Bonjour Marie, I'm so lucky to find your Blog and am your new follower now :)
The spoons are both very lovely,I realy can not say wich one is the most beautiful, I think it depends on where you use it for.
Have a great day.

Hej Marie, jeg tror nu helt sikkert jeg syntes bedst om den første. knus morkaren.
This is gorgeous!!!! I absolutely LOVE what you did with the spoon! SO much talent here! :D
Hugs,
Well, I think it would look great on either one. I have another suggestion. How about as an adornment on a handbound book? Just lovely work!
I also think they are both lovely but would choose the simpler one first.
So Lovely Marie!
Hope you have had a Wonderful Summer and are doing Well!
Have a Wonderful Weekend!
Hugs

They are both gorgeous! I'm kind of partial to the blingy one and think it would make a beautiful necklace!
They are lovely Marie ,the first is my favorite!

Hi Marie...Love both! It would be too hard to pick between the two. They are both just beautiful.. Love your work,You are so talented! Pam
I do love me a bit of bling, as you know from some of my tags, lol, so the second one is my favourite. Having said that, the first one is so gorgeous as well. Hmm, simple necklace for the day, blingy necklace for the evening.
Hi Marie, I agree with Liz, they are both gorgeous, but I like the added bling on the the second one.
Hugs,
Robin
I think you've recv'd good feedback add well as your answer. Different people will always like and have different opinions. Both would sell at a show, but different people and their tastes would each choose according to their personality. I've found there is always the right person out there for each jewelry piece I create.
Your sounds with the images are lovely. I have worked with the flattened hammered hand stamped spoons for 4+ years now, and find then still in big demand, even though many artists are now doing them. Each is different and that unique customer falls for whatever beckons their heart. Your lovely ladies are both great, but I am in the less bling camp, so #1 is my favorite.
Have a great day.

They are both beautiful! I happen to be partial to bling...so I would go with the second one :-)
Both of your versions look beautiful Marie and you know me and bling! But in this case I'd go with the first one, somehow the image is more powerful without the bling (I think), maybe because the spoon is so small. It will look beautiful as a necklace, but also as a general embellishment! Hugs, Ira

Hi Marie, WOW !! They are so beautiful. I love each of them equally and cannot choose because they are different. I think if i were faced with choosing I would take both lol. I appreciate the mention too my friend, thank you.
Also I hope you don't mind but i have featured your work on the Cameo's on my Dezinaworld blog today along with Gayle's gorgeous digital art.
Hi Marie! I love both spoons. I'm usually a "bling all the way" type person, but in this case, I like the first one best! (Go figure).
Love your blog, thank you for the inspiration!

Bling is the way to go in my book Marie! Are you planning on attaching it to the metal in the first picture?? I LOVE that!

Hi Marie. I'm just getting caught up on my Blog visiting and saw your gorgeous altered spoons They're so beautiful and you're so talented. If I were in a shop and saw both, I would probably stay there for awhile just trying to make up my mind....but if pressed, I would choose the first. I love the art deco look of the pin. (wow, that almost hurt to choose...LOL)
Have a wonderful day.
