Simply Neutrals Tuesday

Hello my dear friends,
today I would like to share this little fabric collage with you. It is still in the lay out stage as I can't decide to use it as a book cover or turn it into a card. Help please:)

Here is a closer look at the butterfly. Cut out from a copper sheet and soldered.

Flowers from my garden. From me to you.

Linking up with Simply Neutrals Tuesday @ Apple&Apricot
Hope to see you there.
Have a lovely week and as always thank you so much for stopping by.
Your comments are always appreciated.

Hugs and love,

your piece is just stunning. Such a lovely image and wonderful details. It would be beautiful made both ways - but I think it deserves to be a book cover! The little butterfly is so pretty too!

Hugs!

Hej Marie,

So wonderful that Wen have her party, making both of us post ,lol.
I love your beautiful fabric collage my dear, it will be precious both as book cover or card , but maybe I would chose the book cover .as it can lay around, to bring joy, like that.
Your old bottles are wonderful, too, with the blue flower.
Marie, I hope you received my note from 16/4 dear friend, and hope all is well.
Warm hugs and love from Dorthe

Hello Marie~
Every time I see you have posted and I click over here to your blog, my heart skips a beat when your creation pops up and into view!
This is soft and vintage lovely; creating inspiration and encouragement in me~
Your color tones are gorgeous! And the lay-out is so lovely. She is such a pretty lady (notice her remarkable gown;) with a lot on her mind I think~
For some reason I see this mounted on (vintage style) paper-covered cardboard (firm)
(to increase the sturdiness) and resting in a pretty easel~
But no matter what you do it will be enjoyed and beautifully graced I'm sure!
Hugs to you dear friend, Karen O

Hi Marie. What a beautiful piece! I think it should be a book cover, or anything else that would be used and admired for years to come. Lovely work! Hugs, Sue

Oh my, such gorgeous work again dear Marie! Perfect for both a book cover and a card, so I can totally see your struggle in choosing! The vignette with the beautiful flowers is so gorgeous too. Thank you for sharing! Hugs xx
