Fabric Gift Holder

 Hello my dear friends,
as you may know my sewing skills aren't the best but may I proudly present to you my first fabric gift holder?

I'm really happy with the results:)  You can click on the photo for a better view.

The inside has two pockets to hold small gifts. It was so much fun I can see more in the making.
The old glasses below were a recent find at the flea.

The peonies are starting to bloom and look so beautiful.

As usual I'm running behind with my visits to you and will try to catch up tonight.
Wishing you all a wonderful start of the week and as always thank you so much for stopping by and for taking  the time to leave me a comment.
Hugs and love,

Hallo süsse,
How beautiful Marie, I don`t think you can "hide" behind your :" my sewing skills aren't the best" anymore ...this is the proof that you are so very cabable of creating the most beautiful pieces on your sewing maschine , I love your gift holder.
The book with the old glasses and the posies are so romantic, too and so is the peonie hanging in glass.
Sending you love and hugs,
Dorthe

Pretty as can be dear Marie! You can be so proud of yourself, for you have created such a lovely piece of work, it has such sweet details! Love the old glasses, they're perfect. Can't help but wondering who would have worn them and what have the eyes behind them seen? Have a lovely evening, hugs, Ira

It is such an exquisite way in which to present a gift and is a gift in itself and would be beautiful as a place to store treasured possessions or some favourite jewellery.
One of my all time favourite flowers, thank you for sharing such beauty with us.

The fabric gift holder is just so sweet. My peonies are not as far along as yours, but it won't be to long.. one of my favorite flowers. Cute glasses too.

I think your sewing skills have proven to be perfect as this gift holder is lovely. It does not need a gift inside! Peonies are one of my favorites, love the soft pink color of yours. Great find on the eyeglasses.
