Playing with resin

A few days ago I played around with resin and made the Brooch above. I'm not too happy with the result but it was fun.

The little giftbag was made for a dear friend  - just because.

Again I'm so behind with visiting your lovely Blogs and hope to catch up with you soon.
Thank you so much  for stopping by and for all your lovely comments.
Sending you Spring greetings my friends and a warm welcome to my new followers.

Hugs and love,

Marie well I think your brooch is absolutely beautiful - so much detail in it! The little bag is sweet as are your simple Spring flowers - bring on the sun and the flowers too!
Thank you Oh sweet woman for putting my Giveaway on your blog - I am wishing you luck too!

Marie
I am shaking my head as I am at a loss as to why you aren't happy with the results of the brooch.
Resin is something I'd love to try but haven't done so yet.
The gift is wonderful, your friend will be over the moon receiving that.
Enjoy your week.
Wishes

Marie, my dear, your brooch is a beautiful piece- so lovely and detailed,-don`t be anything but happy for your wonderful work,- and that bag for your friend- is super sweet-- she will love it very much I`m sure, dearest.
I would love working with resin, too, but it costs a fortune here in Denmark- and also ordering it from US, so for now I have put that wish to sleep ..:)
Have a wonderful evening Marie- and sleep well, soon.
Hugs,Dorthe

Dear Marie,
I genuinely like your brooch. I work with resin a lot and would be so pleased with this. I can't help but wondering why you weren't happy with it but resin can be a difficult substance to work with.
I looked back and I think I joined a crown saying the same thing :-)
Hugs,
Suz
