Free Bird images for you

Today I would like to share some bird images with you. Feel free to use them in your art work but please don't use them to make sheets for sale. It is all about sharing, isn't it?  The images came from an old album
I found last year at the Fleamarket. Enjoy!

Paris Flower Fabric Bag

 Here is a quick and easy project if you are in need for a vase and just don't have the right one.
The graphic came of course from Karen, the graphics fairy and I will link this up to Brag Monday.
Below is a close up.

I printed the image on to dark T-Shirt transfer paper ( no flipping of the image needed ) and voila; you are almost done. Makes a nice gift too.

Rust & Patina

Here is a little heart I made out of rusted card board. It is only 3 inches tall. I used copper foil  around the edges. ( treated with patina) As you can see; I was in the mood for a little steam punk. Wings are metal.

You can click on the photo for a larger view. Not sure what I'll do with the heart, it might end up on a journal

Bird soldered charm

 Today I finished this soldered charm, which has been sitting on my table for some time.The image is from Artchixstudio ( Feather your nest post )  This was easy and fun to do. Below is a photo from last year I wanted to repost as it reminds me of spring. Are you ready for spring too?

Altered altoid tin

House Charm and playing with my Big Shot

Yesterday I had a play date with my Big Shot and using the Tim Holtz Embossing Folder, this is what I came up with.I used pieces of copper and treated it with Liver of Sulphor. I think it looks cool and I will use the copper pieces to make a little book. 

 Below is a House charm I just finished - should have cleaned the glass before taking the photo.
