Make your own Background Challenge

Hello my dear friends,
this tag I created a few weeks ago playing around with Distressed Oxide inks to create backgrounds. At that time I didn't know I would participate in the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge  Make your own Background.

Distress Oxide inks used: broken china and cracked pistachio.Distress spray paint is antique linen.
I used a stencil by 13 @rts with texture paints and bronze embossing powder.
Some metallic rub-ons here and there and my background was done. The gears are from Tim Holtz.
My first steampunk style tag:)

Have a wonderful weekend and as always thank you so much for stopping by and for all your lovely comments.

Hugs and love,
